A single-rune cast gives you one symbol to focus on. In a three-rune cast, the positions are used for the situation's root, its current energy, and a direction that may be forming. The seven-rune layout explores self, challenge, foundation, past, future, inner counsel, and outcome.
These layouts are the site's reflective reading framework, not a claim that one spread is a universal ancient method. The rune reference explains the Elder Futhark names and modern study meanings.
